Windows 10: Couldn’t complete updates undoing changes don’t turn off your computer”. How do I fix this...

How do i fix the update that keeps giving me the error message “couldnt complete updates, undoing changinges-dont turn off your computer” this has been going on for over 1 month now

"We couldn't complete the updates, undoing changes, don't turn off your computer" windows 10

After Windows 10 restarted to install an update, the computer gets stuck in a loop of

and then after the update fails to install:

I'm not too good with computers so would someone be able to walk me through fixing this situation? I'm using a Lenovo Edge 15 with Nvidia GeForce.

 

Windows keep repeating the same "We couldn't complete the updates Undoing changes Don't turn off computer"

When I start-up, I get:

"Windows updating

Don't turn off computer"

After several minutes I get:

"We couldn't complete the updates

Undoing changes

Don't turn off computer"

Followed by:

"Restarting"

Followed by:

"We couldn't complete the updates

Undoing changes

Don't turn off computer"

Followed by:

"Restarting"

I then turn off the computer, wait 30 seconds and turn back on. Everthing seem OK for several days; then it repeats the above. Any suggestions?
