Windows 10: Couldn't configurate PIN-code

I bought a computer for my nephew a few weeks back.When windows was installed I made a new email address to the PC, I tried signing in and everything was fine.On christmas day the PC did no longer accept the login details and I checked and found out the email address I created was closed. I checked the backup email I added to the address and found an email saying "ACCOUNT IS NOW CLOSED".Problem is that I can no longer sign in to the PC. Whichever email I try doesnt work new mail, my own for my PC etc.Windows accepts the login details but gets stuck at "Create PIN-CODE". "We couldn't configur

Configuration settings' PIN code on a E65

I've just registered with OVI and I received a configuration text message. The message asks me for the "Configuration settings' PIN code". I have contacted my provider but they are not sure what it is and the default they suggested doesn't work. I've done
a restore factory reset and it still doesn't work.

I have tried my pin, lock code to no avail...

So I can't use OVI, and I've got no idea what the pin is.

Any help most appreciated

I activated my Windows 10 from product key Windows 7

Try this:

Before you get to that message, press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.

Run diskpart.
At the diskpart prompt, run these commands:

list disk

At this point you should see the SSD as disk 0. If it has another disk number, use that number rather than "0" in the next command.

select disk 0
clean
exit (to exit from diskpart)
exit (to exit from the command prompt)





That should clear the contents of the disk. The entire disk space should then show up in Windows setup as "Unallocated Space" as in the screenshot below.
