Windows 10: Couldn't connect proxy internt to windows apps

Hi , Im using my collage proxy lan (I live in dorms so I got no other choice ) I belive usally cortena asks credentials for internet access , but my cortena never asks me any credentials and I couldn't use store or any non-store apps . But my browser is working as it is asking my credentials every time . Sometimes I use psiphon for accessing some blocked web sites.

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?

I suggest you to follow the steps and check for the issue.

Disable proxy server settings:

• 
  Go to the Start Screen.
  
• 
  Press Windows+ I to view the
  Settings.
  
• 
  Select Internet Options.
  
• 
  Click on Connection.
  
• 
  Click on LAN settings.
  
• 
  Uncheck all the listed items in the proxy and Auto Detect.
  
• 
  Save the Changes.
  
• 
  Restart your system.
  

If the above steps does not help disable proxy manually.

• 
  Press Windows key + R, Type
  control and click on OK.
  
• 
  Under Settings go to Network.
  
• 
  View connection settings.
  
• 
  Click on Network tab.
  
• 
  Proxy - turn
  off proxy.

Lumia 650, we couldn´t connect to the update service

Hi,

Have a lumia 650 with Version 1511, OS build 10.0.10586.494 is this the latest version?

When i check for updates i get this: we couldn´t connect to the update service, we`ll try again later..

I have internet connection via WiFi and a microsoft account set up.

Steps I followed to get my college WiFi It Works

• Go to SETTINGS -> WiFi
• Connect to your required wifi (assume wifi name is COLLEGE) and enter the password if any (not the proxy password but the wifi password)
• Once you are connected to the wifi -> Click on the wifi name (COLLEGE)
• Then EDITING NETWORK window will come
• In this : slide Proxy option from Off to On.
• Type your college Proxy Address under Server/URL and college Port Number under Port
• If you have have proxy username and password then : slide Sign into proxy option from Off to On
• In this: Type Proxy Username under Username and Type proxy password under Password
• Optional :If you have have any IP address, Subnet Mask ,Gateway ,DNS changes make that also.
• Voila WiFi !
