Windows 10: Couldn't connect to your device. Try to reconnect through the action center.

Hi I'm using Dell Inspiron 3521Windows 10 Pro and I'm trying to project to another laptop which is of model Dell Latitude 3590 Windows 11 Pro.I'm getting an issue "Couldn't connect to your device. Try to reconnect through the action center." though I've tried many ways over google but problem didn't solved. If I'm trying to connect from Latitude 3521 to my Inspiron 3590 it is working. Please help

i am trying to mirror my PC onto my brand new samsung smart tv.

i have 64 bit windows 10. when i cast chrome or youtube it works fine. however, when i want to cast t he whole pc, it says "Couldn't connect to your device. Try to reconnect through the action center."

i made sure all my wireless drivers and gpu drivers were up to date.

i also ran the diagnostic and it says that

Miracast: Available, with HDCP

I have have a Lenovo P51 Laptop, with a built-in NVIDIA Quadro M2200. Ever since I had the PC I can in no way project my screen to an external display. I have tried all the suggestions I could find online
to no avail. I just receive the "Couldn't connect to your device. Try to reconnect through the action center." I am trying to connect to a Samsung TV.

On the other hand I can cast from the chrome browser. All my colleagues with the same built-in graphics card can't connect as well to the external
display.



Can someone please assist with this issue, it has been driving me mad for the last 1 month or so.

Action Center

Hi,

Let's follow these steps to disable action center:

• Click on Start, type notifications in the search box.
• In the list, select notifications & action settings.
• On the right side, click on turn system icons on or off.
• Turn off action center from there.
