Windows 10: couldn't decrypt files after I installed windows 10 after my old windows 8

[COLOR=rgba215, 57, 0, 1]I had windows 8 and I encrypted many files without any problem[/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba215, 57, 0, 1]now after I formatted it and installed new windows 10 [/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba215, 57, 0, 1]I couldn't open or copy any encrypted file "green colored file" , I tried to uncheck box " as in photo [/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba215, 57, 0, 1]but access is denied !!! despite I have changed the owner of this file by my new user with full control of file but still telling me access is denied [/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba215, 57, 0, 1]I got surprised and been happy when I found my public key security file from my old windows saved on my partition [/COLOR]

[COLOR=rgba215, 57, 0, 1]I tried to install it to decrypt files But the bad thing is that file itself is encrypted so access is denied !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![/COLOR]

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Need help installing Windows 8

Holy shit why didn't I think of this, putting the hdd in my desktop and installing it there might work.
