Windows 10: Couldn't Download - Network Issue + No Permissions

Recently my computer has run into an issue where it refuses to download games from the websites I get them from, which are trusted websites such as Itch.io and Gamejolt. But for whatever reason, all of my downloads will get about halfway or further before saying "Couldn't Download - Network Issue".Upon resuming the download, it immediately says "Couldn't Download - No Permissions" following the Network Issue error message. I have never had this problem until recently, and I am not sure what is causing it, but it seems like my browser just refuses to download games and other files off the web

Permission issue, shared drive Windows 10.

We can understand your concern. However, we would need some more information regarding the issue.

1. May I know the exact error message?
   
2. Have you shared all hard drives or any particular folder within the particular hard drive?
   

Since you have mentioned that you are getting error related to permission issue, please refer to the troubleshooting steps provided by “Azee N” dated June 2nd 2010 on
Providing permission to drive and try
providing permission to the drive.

If the issue still persists, we would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to re-map the drive.

1. Disconnect the drive by right click on the drive and select disconnect (if the drive is mapped).
   
2. Then re-map the drive by referring to Map a network drive
   and check if it resolves the issue.

Couldn´t install SBSH Explore Pro- installation failed after download

I couldn´t install "SBSH FExplorer Pro" from Nokia Store (cost 4,99 EUR).

Installation failed after download.

Allow all software for installation is active, Online certificate check: On,

download and install is on C:, Space on C: is over 200 MB available.



E72-1, Typ RM-530

software version 053.001, special version 053.001.231.03

Updates for this firmware version available: None.



Freeware of SBSH Explore works perfect- Pro Version installation failed.

After download I couldn´t find installation data (zip or .sisx) on C to with freeware version..



Somebody for help or any ideas?

Network Sharing permission issues in Windows 10

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. I regret the inconvenience caused to you.



Perform the following troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

• 
  go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System"
  
• 
  under the "Computer name, domain and workgroup settings" click the shielded "change settings" option (far right)
  
• 
  on the "Computer Name" tab, press the "Change" button (bottom right)
  
• 
  rename the computer to anything other than what it is now
  
• 
  follow the restart prompts
  
• 
  using another computer you should now be able to use windows explorer to refresh the computers on the network (under "Network" drop list) and access the newly named computer, it will ask for credentials (username and password)
  in my case that is the targets Microsoft id and password, this grants full access to anything shared on that computer
  
• 
  repeat these steps on any other computer not allowing access on the network
  

Keep in mind all of my sharing permissions are open with full control, and remember as an example if A is on A’s computer and he wants to gain network access to computer then he has to enter Microsoft username and password

Also I would suggest you to download and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website.
