Windows 10: Couldn't Find BitLocker Turn of Option in Window 10 home

before the corona pandemic, the BitLocker turn-off option/ feature was shown on both in local disk option and also can see from the control panel/system and security ..but recently when I try you turn off the encryption..the feature is missing. I also tried it from the command prompt .but unfortunately I couldn't succeed. please kindly help me to resolve the problem

We suggest doing the following steps again to resolve the issue. To complete the procedure, make sure that you have the following information:

• You must be able to provide administrative credentials.
• The drive must be BitLocker-protected.

To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive, please follow the steps below:

• Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.
• Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
• A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption.
  
• Click Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.

Manage Bitlocker

At Window ¨Start¨ enter encryption and select ¨Manage Bitlocker¨ option doesn´t exist in list subsequently can´t turn on Bitlocker. OMG, why must things always being that complicated and not living up to their own expectations. Or haven´t I forgotten to
do my homework?!
