Windows 10: Couldn't install Windows 10 version 1903 Error - 0x80070005 - 0x2000A

I have Windows 10 version 1809 on my HP Laptop. Updates to version 1809 are failing with error 0x800f0922.

I tried installing version 1903 using the media creation tool. This update fails with the following 0x8007005- 0x2000A Win 10 install fail in the SAFE_OS phase during PREPARE_FIRST_BOOT

After trying several times installin new version 1903, my installation stops at 29% and I get error code 0x80070005 - 0x2000A from media creation tool. Log files: Items Shared on 9-9-2019
