Windows 10: Couldn't join to family group - unknown error

My father invited me to join to the family. If I click on the invitation link I get an error message:"Sorry, something went wrong.We’re not sure what happened, but refreshing the page may help, or trying again in a little while.TraceId: KUH9PBK2gUCpxKjE.14.95"The TraceId always different whenever I try to join.We tried it many times but with the same result.I was a member of the same family group before but I was removed from it. Now I wanted to join again but the system doesn't allow to join.May I ask to investigate why I can't join to my family's team?Thank you

I want to leave one family group and join another.

I'm the only adult member of one family group with an Office 2013 subscription. I want to join another group with the rest of my family who have an Office 365 subscription. When I try to leave my current family group, I get
the message "Please try again later. We can't do this right now." How can I leave one group and join another?

 

Can't add family organiser to family group

Hi, when trying to add a family member as an organiser to my family group I send the invite and an acknowledgement screen that states "Invitation sent to their email. When they accept, they'll join your family."

I logged out and logged back in with their MSA, went to their email and accepted the invitation. I was then presented with the following:

You haven't joined the family yet!

To join this family, you’ll need to leave the Microsoft family you’re already in.

Got it

Once you click "Got it" you just get a screen listing the members of the family. No instructions, no subsequent actions to take, nothing.

I've also tried clicking 'accept now' in my own account on the invitation page; I'm invited to login to their account, I see a summary screen listing the Organiser user profile details and click 'Yes' at the bottom. I then receive the error page:

" something went wrong, please try refreshing the page or try again later'

I've tried this multiple times without success!!

 

Still need permission even though i am not in a family group

• I am not getting any error messages
• I've just started experiencing these issues, because I haven't log into my Microsoft account since I had my Xbox 360 and made a parental account which I own. Anyways I bought a pc the other day and when I saw that my main account was listed as a child's
  account I exited the family in that account and I yet require permission from an adult account. Besides leaving the family I don't remember making any prior change.
• Well I joined the family group again and try to give my self permission on the adult account but didn't understand what steps to take so, I left the family group again, but this time I made my account an adult account, but I still required permission.
