Windows 10: Couldnt update the windows 10 current version 20h2. error code 1058, Error NET HELPMSG 3521

problem with bits starting ,and windows update..i have tryed using cmd sfc,dsim .finding the error 2NET HELPMSG 3521 is postfalse

Windows Time Service not running and did not update with time change

I tried the steps in an elevated command prompt as suggest and these are the results

I tried the command prompt as suggested at "Synchronize the server time with NTP by Bas Wijdenes" but I get the following error : The following error occurred: Access is denied. (0x80070005)

 

NET HELPMSG 2182

my laptop screen turns blue with an error message of NET HELPMSG 2182.

I was able to fix the last error code by uninstalling update but this time it will not allow me to.

I need help

I am getting different codes each time.

first one was NET Helpmsg and now I am getting MEMORY MANAGEMENT and yet I have half available, so that is clearly not the case here.

I am so frustrated with all this geek stuff and for some of us that are not able to do this, it baffles me

I need clear steps to fix this please.
