Windows 10: Courser keeps leaving my ark instead of staying lock onto the game.

So when im playing ark survival evolved and i look straight up my courser leaves the screen and goes to the bar that lets u move around the app pops up for some reason and im in a state where the mouse should be locked onto the game without pressing escape. Same thing when i look down my courser goes onto my task bar and sometimes i accidently exit out of my game.
