Windows 10: CPU at 100%, drops the moment I open task manager

Discus and support CPU at 100%, drops the moment I open task manager in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; While I am in full use of my PC working, all pages stop functioning. when I jump into task manager it shows 100% CPU usage but drops back down...     CPU at 100%, drops the moment I open task manager


    While I am in full use of my PC working, all pages stop functioning. when I jump into task manager it shows 100% CPU usage but drops back down immediately to 10%. How do i turn off this setting? I have no use for windows to be running such background programs and am tired of my computers doing this as it adds about an hour to my workday and is a colossal waste of my time and resources. Is there any way out of this?
