Windows 10: cpu at 100% when playing fortnite

every time i play fortnite, it uses 100% of my cpu, and system cpu usage spikes, causing my game to lag and freeze.last week my cpu usage was normal, and my game was running with no issues, but all of the sudden i started getting these problems.ive tried games like Trackmania on max graphics, minecraft on max render distance, Modded sims 4 with max graphics, and even when my cpu usage gets high on those games, system doesnt take more than 6% of my cpu, but on fortnite it takes upwards of 20%, causing my usage to stay at 100% every time i try to play.i play on preformance mode, 70% 3d resolutio

Its just fortnite. Ween I play other games like apex legends or the finals I havé not that much cpu usage and my gpu is like 90 %. In fortnite I have 100 cpu and 20 gpu and it crashes.

When I'm playing fortnite my cpu is constantly at 100%. I have a ryzen 7 3700x and a rtx 3070.

I have an intel i7-10700f and a msi 4060 and 16gb ram and i been playing Fortnite for about 2 years now on pc and i have started to notice stuttering in games and fps stutters where i have like 200 fps and drop down to 120 and it happens throughout the whole game and its starting to be annoying and i have my graphics lowest possible because that's how i usually play and i've tried changing in game settings and everything and still nothing the CPU voltage and nothing and even overclocked my gpu since fortnite is only using 30% of my gpu and im really annoyed how my game isnt smooth. i even tried to edit my power plan to ultimate performance and other options and still nothing. This also happens to other games and my cpu fan is at maximum speed
