Windows 10: CPU bloqué a 0,8ghz au lieu de 4,00ghz,Bd prochot?

Bonjour à tousA l achat de mon nouveau pc gamertours tous fonctionner correctement a part la ram qui était en 2133 MHz donc je suis partie dans le bios MSI pour activer le Profil xmp pour passer en 3200 MHz mais une fois que j' ai redémarré mon pc le cpu est a 0,8ghz au lieu de 4ghz Je ne savais pas ce qui n'allait pas, j'ai continué à redémarrer l'ordinateur,essayé de nettoyer le cache, l'anti-spyware/malware, et rien de tout cela n'a fonctionné bien sûr.Jusqu'à récemment, j'ai découvert par hasard une application appelée "Throttle Stop". Je l'ai téléchargée et utilisée comme indiqué en déc

Was it a non-genuine battery replacement?

BD Prochot is an important part of the OS as it prevents your CPU from burning itself out by causing it to throttle down to reduce temperature but in some devices using a non-genuine battery or charger can cause this to pop up.

You cannot permanently disable it and as of now throttle stop is your only way forward.

However I would recommend getting the laptop checked at why the issue has occured. BD Prochot should not be stopped/blocked as that would cause unregulated temperatures (if the issue is genuinely from temperatures) Without it running your cpu will likely be damaged if the temps ever raise above allowed levels as there is nothing else to prevent it.

The thing is it only happens on battery mode, when I plug in my charger, everything returns to normal without using throttle stop, so I thought it might have been a software problem.

As for if the battery is genuine, I changed it at Lenovo, I know my laptop is kinda old, so maybe they added some other replacement that doesn't belong to the same laptop version? The battery itself works fine, but on battery mode, the laptop becomes slow and I have to use Throttle Stop.

And as for checking the laptop, what should I check exactly? To be more specific what should I tell the guy?

 

Disabling BD Prochot

Hello everyone

My laptop old battery died and I've changed it recently.

The new battery works fine but the thing is that when the laptop on battery mode, it's extremely slow, and when it's plugged in, it returns to normal.

I didn't know what's wrong I kept restarting the laptop, changed the Windows version, tried cleaning cache, anti-spyware/malware, and none of that worked of course.

Until recently, I've found out by chance an app called "Throttle Stop" I downloaded it and used it as instructed bu unchecking BD Prochot and everything got back to normal on battery mode.

The thing is, every time I restart or shut down, I have to open the app and uncheck BD Prochot.

I don't know why it worked in the first place and I don't know how to disable it.

Is changing the battery the reason that triggered it? And if that so, how to disable it permanently again?

I managed to stop it using an app which means it's a software problem, so maybe there's something can be done?

I have Lenovo ideapad 300 and I'm using Windows 10.
