Windows 10: "CPU Error" after Windows 11 Install

I recently downloaded and installed Windows 11 on my PC. However when it restarted, it went directly to BIOS. When I exit, it goes right back to BIOS. There are times it will go to another screen and tell me "CPU ERROR". I'm not sure what to do from here.

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

Windows 11 not accepting my Athalon 3000G processor which is an approved cpu

I upgraded my motherboard, CPU and memory to meet the requirements based on Windows 11 approved list yet windows 10, PC Health Check and installing manually per Microsoft supports suggestions doesn't recognize my AMD Athlon 3000G processor as an approved CPU. Has Microsoft provided a fix for this yet? Any suggestions?
