Windows 10: CPU Fan doesn’t work while running Windows

I’ve been troubleshooting an issue with a Vizio AIO pc, it was randomly shutting off, it had an old HDD which was replaced as it showed an incredible amount of errors and issues. I used clonezilla to duplicate the disk and started it back up. This was done with an Ubuntu live usb. The computer was on for 8 hours running Ubuntu, the fan audibly starts and heat can be felt blowing out the computer exhaust.After starting windows up on the new ssd everything seems fine but the fan never starts and the computer shuts down after a few minutes Event viewer shows in the logs “thermal event” “syst

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

We would like to know the following information to assist you better regarding CPU fan issue.

• Does the fan runs constantly fast or do you hear any noise?
• Have you tried updating all the drivers of your computer?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before posting this concern? If yes, what are those?
• What is the memory/disk usage in task manager?
  
  You may check this by typing Task Manager in the search box
  and hit Enter. Check which application
  is taking more memory or disk usage.

Forza Horizon 4 - Crashing on Startup, doesn´t run

thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

I'll be glad for another solutions.
