Windows 10: cpu fan overspeeds like in overload on laptop

This problem has started after I installed windows 11. I thought it was overloading at first because it was rarely happening and didn't last long. But it has gone worse. Now it happens every day. And it keeps going for hours. I tried installing new drivers and checked for viruses. I want to clean the fans but I'm afraid of breaking the back panel. What are your opinions?

CPU Fan runs constantly

We would like to know the following information to assist you better regarding CPU fan issue.

• Does the fan runs constantly fast or do you hear any noise?
• Have you tried updating all the drivers of your computer?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before posting this concern? If yes, what are those?
• What is the memory/disk usage in task manager?

  and hit Enter. Check which application
  is taking more memory or disk usage.

511-cpu fan not detected when I start the computer a screen notice reads:

"511-cpu fan not detectedF:1 BOOT"

This situation has existed from the day I opened the box; apparently this unit was either purpose built without a 511-cpu fan or, perhaps this was an 'assembly' and 'quality control' oversight.

Like any kid with a brand-new toy, I just wanted to play.

I placed a 12" diameter 3-speed utility fan near the air-intake area of the fan:
"OK, All Good!"

That was in 2016, when I was like kid with a brand-new toy.
But that "New Toy Thrill" is gone now, and I'm 'straight-up' outta utility fans.

This could all be the inevitable onset of Product Obsolescence we've come to accept, or it could be Entropy: "The Universe Tends Toward Disorder."

Whatever the reason, I need to know the exact model of the '511-cpu fan' that is compatible with my Motherboard so I can either install it or have it installed.

W10 CPU fan not boosting to max speed

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused.

We would suggest you to update the following items and check the cpu fan speed and performance.

Check if there is a program to control the fan speed, may be the controller program is not compatible with Windows 10. Also check for the below list and please update it:

• BIOS.
• Chipset drivers.

If you don't find the drivers compatible for Windows 10. refer to the motherboard manufacturer website and check for updated chipset drivers and install it.
