    Hi, I'm having an issue with my CPUI'm currently using a i7-3770 with 4 cores 8 threadlogical proccessor according to IntelMy CPU when not turning on hyperthread have 4 cores 4 thread according to task managerWhen I turn on HyperThreading in BIOS, I got a downgrade from 4 cores 4 thread to 2 core 4 thread instead of 4 core 8 threadDid I do something wrong or my CPU have problem?

    Can hyperthreading be enabled with Memory Integrity enabled?

    Hi,

    Memory Integrity/HVCI is compatible with hyperthreading.

    Disabling hyperthreading will have an impact on performance that is more or less noticible depending on the type of task and the CPU.

    Can hyperthreading be enabled with Memory Integrity enabled?

    Can hyperthreading be enabled on personal laptops with Memory Integrity enabled in Windows 11 Pro 22H2? When hyperthreading is enabled, an event log entry showed mitigations not enabled for virtual machines. One of the personal laptops that is much older does not seem to have the option in BIOS to turn off hyperthreading. The newest laptop uses an Intel 12th gen cpu. Does disabling hyperthreading degrade performance?

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
