CPU Increase after update to Windows 10 Build 10586

Has anyone noticed increase in CPU after updating Windows 10 yesterday? My pc has increased from a normal 0% to 5% when not being used to 5% to 10%. In trying to figure it out, it seems part of the usage may be, due to: audiodg.exe, dwm.exe. speechruntime.exe and interrupts. Not sure why this is going on, but am a little concerned. Appreciate any insight about this which you might offer.

    :)

  2. Windows 10 Windows Defender Turn On Error 0x800106ba

You'll have to excuse me but are you saying you were able to upgrade to 1511/10586 builds after increasing system partition or you're not able to upgrade to 1511 / 10586 builds after increasing system partition?

Error message when you run Windows Defender: "Error Code 0x800106ba"

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/931849

Did you run the scans I advised earlier?

Is Windows Defender updating definitions? Have you tried updating the application?

If this began after a Windows Update, did you try uninstalling the update?

Have you looked in Services to verify if WD is set to Automatic?

  3. cpu utilization high after november upgrade to 1511

After windows update on November 12 to version 1511 build 10586 cpu utilization is high with a task called 'system and compressed memory' running 30-40% .

Don't recall seeing that task prior to update.

I haven't had an increase. Have you ran updates again, and rebooted?

No problems here. Usually at 1%. Do you have that Win Patrol thing installed? Might be causing an issue.

My machine has a xeon 6-core processor and way too much memory and disk. My machine crawled like a snail for some time and after many restarts. It is now running at full speed.

No problems here! But, I did do a clean re-install of Win 10 Pro to get rid of Win 7 totally. So my system is running very sweet!
