Windows 10: CPU lowering down and lag spiking all the computer

Hi!I am having trouble using my laptop. From time to time it lags all of it, the cursor moves very hard and the audio sounds really bad. It seems that when it is lagging, the CPU goes down to 10 percent. Sometimes, the fans go really loud. After 3 seconds, it comes back to its original state. This usually happens while being in a Zoom meeting or while loading the Task Manager pages ex. processes, startup. And not only then, it happens as well other times as well.How can I resolve this?Thank you for your time,Ștef

Significant CPU, GPU and RAM lag spikes

My computer is having significant lag spikes. How do I make my computer's CPU, GPU and RAM go down? Any tips or suggestions? Also I use this computer for gaming.

100% gpu usage!
6.5gb ram usage!
65% cpu usage!
Disk does fine, though.

Windows 10, 21H2

 

Audiodg.exe Spikes Cpu Usage

Every 5 minutes or so audiodg.exe spikes my cpu usage to about 50% and any audio im playing cuts out and then comes back a second or 2 later. The video is completely fine and it's not a problem with
my USB Headset. audiodg.exe stays at low cpu usage when it's not spiking.

Solutions I've tried:

1. turning off audio enhancements
2. reinstalling lan, and audio drivers
3. turning off HPET
4. lowering the sound quality in control panel
5. DPC Latency checker (no change when spiking)

None of these solutions work. Please help.

 

Lag spikes, CPU heat, Fans revving

Sounds like your CPU cooling may be insufficient. Do the lag spikes correspond to temperature spikes and or CPU frequency drops?

You can use HWiNFO - Hardware Information, Analysis and Monitoring Tools to monitor whether your CPU hits thermal throttling (or you can use your temperature/frequency monitor of choice to see if CPU frequency drops).
