Windows 10: CPU running very hard

Discus and support CPU running very hard in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I just downloaded new update and CPU is running very hard, why is this happening as it is very annoying and needs to be fixed. thanks...     I just downloaded new update and CPU is running very hard, why is this happening as it is very annoying and needs to be fixed. thanks

    You will have a very hard time selling this CPU without listing the VID and Stepping. Good Luck.
