Windows 10: CPU spike in games

i keep getting CPU spikes when im playing roblox i get a CPU spike and the CPU dont happen in idle mode when the CPU spike happened i checked my CPU in task manager while the CPU spike is still happening and i see is .039 GHZ but when the CPU spike isnt happening i get 2.13 GHZ on average so im looking for a way to FIX this issue please help.EDIT: i tried it with the only program being open is roblox still getting spikes

Audiodg.exe Spikes Cpu Usage

Every 5 minutes or so audiodg.exe spikes my cpu usage to about 50% and any audio im playing cuts out and then comes back a second or 2 later. The video is completely fine and it's not a problem with
my USB Headset. audiodg.exe stays at low cpu usage when it's not spiking.

Solutions I've tried:

1. turning off audio enhancements
2. reinstalling lan, and audio drivers
3. turning off HPET
4. lowering the sound quality in control panel
5. DPC Latency checker (no change when spiking)

None of these solutions work. Please help.

 

Significant CPU, GPU and RAM lag spikes

My computer is having significant lag spikes. How do I make my computer's CPU, GPU and RAM go down? Any tips or suggestions? Also I use this computer for gaming. 100% gpu usage! 6.5gb ram usage! 65% cpu usage! Disk does fine, though. Windows 10, 21H2
