Windows 10: CPU Stuck at 0.38 Ghz - Windows 10 Pro November 2019 Update

My CPU gets stuck at 0.38 Ghz. If anyone can help me out, it would be great. The same was faced in the older update too. I din't get kind help to solve this issue. BIOS is updated with the latest version F.29 provided by HP, Intel Graphics 520 is updated with the latest version 26.20.100.7372 provided by Intel and AMD graphics is updated with the latest version 19.10.2 provided by AMD.

CPU stuck at 0.38 GHz - Windows 10 May Update 2019





Hey guys, please help me out here, my CPU gets stuck at 0.38 Ghz, this problem started after updating to Windows 10 May 2019, and also there is bluetooth audio issues.

Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

 

Downloading updates stuck at 0%


Hello everyone, Windows Update has been stuck at 0% every time I've tried in the last couple of days (see screenshot). These are the two updates available:

• Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3103688).

• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213).
