    CPU stuck at 0.39ghz speed

Hi,I'm facing cpu speed issues, after a few mins of usage it drops to 0.39ghz and stays like that. Tried windows update, bios update,Windows format, Amd Radeon drivers update. No solution found ..Taken it to service centre as well I was told thermal paste worn out so they replaced it and it worked well for a week and the issue has resurfaced.I've been using this laptop since 1 year never faced this issue. Not a gamer.. I use it for Music Production and Mixing.Tried balanced power plan , Highperformance plan, Ryzen balanced plan nothing is working.Only after a long shutdown it works fineSystem

    :)

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
