Windows 10: Cpu temperature falls after I open the task manager and goes up once I close it

Hi guys,

In the video it doesn't show the task manager opening because I used Windows game recording thingy.

I start the video by pressing ctrl shift esc opening the task manager, then I move the mouse to the temperature so you notice the dipfrom 68 to 60.

15 seconds into the video I close the task manager (again you don't see me closing it, just the cursor moving because the windows recorder only captures 1 window)

Again I move the mouse to the temperature and wait for it to go up again...

Any help?

100% CPU usage and high temperatures unless i open task manager

2 Months ago i got a pc and it was running smoothly until 3 weeks ago that i noticed that i was getting 100 cpu usage and temperatures of 60C when my task manager was closed but when i open it my temperatures go back to 40C and usage goes back to 3-5%

All my drivers are updated

Windows 10 Fully updated

Factory reseted 1 day ago

I5-9400F

High CPU Usage from Task Manager, Then CPU Usage Goes Down Very Fast

I am noticing that whenever I open task manager the Task Manager process is using 15 - 20% of CPU, but then it quickly goes down to less then 1% CPU Usage.

Also my fans randomly speed up, and whenever I open task manager the CPU Usage of task manager goes down and the fans start to slow down, but when I close task manager the fans start back up again.

 

High Cpu temperature until opened task manager

I got a problem with mu CPU. Temperature is always about 80c and when i open task manager it drops to normal level. I already tried this commands

1. dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

2. sfc /scannow

3. powershell

4. Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

I also deactivate Cortana. And I still have problem that can damage my hardweare.
