    CPU usage 100% even with nothing running in the background


    I do not know what has caused this issue but my processor constantly is running at 100% cpu usage even though nothing is running the background. I have following specs: CPU: RYZEN 3 2200G [3.725Ghz/ 1.330 VOLTAGE] GPU: INTEGRATED VEGA GPU [ 1320MHz ] with 1.22V RAM: CORSAIR 8GBX2 SINGLE RANK 2933MHz 16-20-20-38 TIMINGS @ 1.35V SSD: ADATA SU650 480GB MOTHERBOARD: MSI B450M PRO-VDH SMPS/PSU: CORSAIR CX450 MONITOR: BENQ GW2280 CABINET: CORSAIR SPEC-04 BLACK Drivers: All mobo drivers and windows is updated are latest and Radeon Software @19.4.1
    Even at startup after 10 minutes it is like this.

    As soon as I launch a game or software the CPU usage is given to those but then this is still an issue . Don't know anyone is facing or not but I guess after 10 April update this is happening(i noticed it since that update). I have done a proper scan etc as well. Please help.

    Sticky Notes 2.0.5.0 cpu usage 100%

    This version seems to keep CPU usage in check.

    I have noticed an anomaly (NOT a problem, just curious): if I run task manager, Sticky Notes appears in the Background Process list; if I hide the notes by clicking on the taskbar icon, Sticky Notes appears in the Apps list with other foreground processes.
    In either list the CPU usage is nil, so I'm happy.

    cpu usage at 100%

    CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

    Any suggestions?

    I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

    CPU usage 100% even with nothing running in the background

    CPU Usage 100%

    PC starts with 100% cpu usage. It won't come down even cpu is left idle. Cpu fan won't stop, when temp are normal.
