    Cpu usage 100% when I start my pc or restart it.


    Everything was working fine and my pc was good after that I did a reset for my pc, when I try to start my PC the first 5 minutes of my PC has 100% usage of CPU and it's really really laggy then after that 5 minutes without any running apps CPU goes Normal and I can use my pc like before now the restart took me long time not like before what should I do?

    CPU Usage 100%

    PC starts with 100% cpu usage. It won't come down even cpu is left idle. Cpu fan won't stop, when temp are normal.

    cpu usage at 100%

    CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

    Any suggestions?

    I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

    As you can see my CPU usage is always 100%, Due to this CPU fan never stops, even when temperature are normal.

    When I turn on pc, it always starts with 100% cpu usage. I also ran malware and antivirus scans, couldn't help (Quick Heal antivirus).

    Using Windows 10 updated to latest version.
