Windows 10: CPU usage at 100% after newest windows update

Discus and support CPU usage at 100% after newest windows update in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; So after the newest windows update my CPU is running at 100%.     CPU usage at 100% after newest windows update


    So after the newest windows update my CPU is running at 100%. I've looked through the forums and seen similar cases but the fixes havnt worked for me. When I boot into safe mode my CPU runs normal. There isn't one rogue process hogging it all, it's like the CPU is set to run at 100% and allocates all its power to just whatever I have running so even if Im running nothing but task manager it will be running task manager at 90% or so. Ive changed the CPU minimum setting in the power settings but no fix. I've done a clean reinstall of windows 10 but no fix. I'd tried deleting and re downloading updates and rolling back updates but nothing is working. Any ideas?

    cpu usage at 100%

    CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

    Any suggestions?

    I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

    As you can see my CPU usage is always 100%, Due to this CPU fan never stops, even when temperature are normal.

    When I turn on pc, it always starts with 100% cpu usage. I also ran malware and antivirus scans, couldn't help (Quick Heal antivirus).

    Using Windows 10 updated to latest version.

    Anniversary Update: Windows 10 CPU usage 100% All the time


    So I disabled Defender and search indexing completely.

    I did a clean boot minus TeamViewer because I have to use it to access my PC for now.
