Windows 10: CPU usage dropped to 5% during Gaming after installing Win 11 22H2 update causing huge lag.

I have just got 22H2 update for win 11 this morning and my games immediately started to lag.. Using task manager I found that in my all games my cpu usage had dropped from around 50-60% to only 5 % .They all ran perfectly before the update . Rolled back the update and the games are running perfectly again using 50-60% cpu. Im using i3 1115G4 cpu and a integrated intel uhd graphics along with 8g of ram and 256gb of ssd

Same here. I just finish updated to win 11 22h2 and when I play games my CPU usage drop to 5% and below. then my GPU temperature becomes high. It wasn't like this before on win 11 21h2.

Looks like this has fixed my issue with lag as well. Thanks.

Uninstalled Geforce Experience and re installed the 22H2 update.

Games are running well again except Afterburner still says 5% cpu usage but

as others have said Task manager is saying 50-60% cpu usage.

I think ill be staying on 22h2 and hope that a future update can fix the low cpu reading in afterburner and HWInfo etc.

Afterburner still gives me GPU usage and Temp, CPU temp and FPS and also Im able to play my games again without lag.

My 32 inch LG Ultragear monitor has always appeared as Generic PNP in Windows 11 task manager now on 22h2 it appears as

Generic (LG Ultragear) . Hoping that between LG and Microsoft they are a step closer to having a driver for my monitor like it does in Windows 10.
