Windows 10: CPU usage drops and game freezes

I've had this problem whilst trying to play street fighter 6. It'll be fine and then suddenly freeze and the CPU usage drops to zero. I've tried reinstalling the game and it doesn't work. All of my drivers seem to be up to date and I've been playing Spiderman and had 0 freezes like this. CPU usage drops

So I have a Asus laptop, and when i update windows 10 i have random cpu usage drops, like when im playing or doing anything after a few minutes the cpu usage drops to 12%, and then after around 1-2 min it goes up again to normal and the framerates get normal again, but when it drops any game is unplayable. I managed to fix it before by deleting a battery driver and then restarting the computer, but this time this does not work.

Edit: all the tempatures are fine and all the drivers are the newest.

 

Sudden drop in cpu usage while gaming

Update : It has gotten worse now I'm getting FPS drops and drop in cpu usage every 2 minutes

It's like the fps is stable at 60 fps for 2 minutes then suddenly drops to 5 fps the I open task manager to see what happened then the CPU usage of NFS Heat drops from 50% to 20% then climbs back to 50-70%

 

Sudden drop in cpu usage while gaming

So I'm trying to play NFS Heat, the game runs fine on about 60 fps for 10 minutes or so but then the fps suddenly drops to like 5-10 for a few seconds and then runs again normally. This happens every 5-10 minute while I'm trying to play. One thing I have noticed in task manager is that the game uses around 70% of CPU and then the game's fps drops and the CPU usage drops to 10% then it rises again to 70-80% then again suddenly drops to 10% and the game's fps also drops. I don't what's the reason for this.

16 GB DDR4 ram 3200 Mhz

AMD Ryzen 5 5500u

Nvidia GTX 1650 GDDR 5 4 GB
