Windows 10: CPU usage goes 100% because of 4 processes.

My CPU usage goes up to 100% randomly for about 20 seconds before going back to normal. When I check task manager for what's causing the CPU spikes, there are always 4 processes that have high usage. They are :Service Host : Remote Procedure CallService Host : State Repository ServiceXbox Game BarService Host : Capability Access Manager ServiceSince I thought Xbox Game Bar was the problem, I reinstalled Xbox and Xbox Game Bar but the same problem kept happening. I did a windows update rollback recently and the problem was gone, but most of my apps were broken. I repaired all of my apps except

CPU Usage 100% and idle process is 100%

My CPU usage shows permanently 100% in task manager (in "Processes" tab) even my system idle process (in "Details" tab) is almost 100% and the CPU runs hot - fan is permanently on - CPU speed (in "Performance" tab) is always a bit above maximum speed!!!
McAfee doen't show any virus problem. HP Spectre.

 

CPU usage 100% but system idle process says otherwise

Hello, So I was copying a large group of files (400 gigs) to an external drive, it was about 150 gigs in when the PC crashed ( i believe due to MSI usb speed up), i've since removed the MSI program but CPU usage stays at 100% from the moment the PC turns on, however system idle process shows it's using most everything which is good, and PC perfomance is normal and unlike if CPU usage was actually 100%, but I can't figure out how to fix this, any suggestions or tips would be so helpful, I've attached screen shots showing 100% usage but every program running doesn't add up to near that and system idle showing everything mostly idle. Thanks!!!!!

High CPU usage -- even 100% CPU usage -- shouldn't in itself cause a shutdown. However, if the computer is running at 100% CPU usage for any significant length of time, particularly if the vents are blocked, either physically or by dust accumulation, the
CPU is likely to overheat, which will cause a shutdown.

1. Open Task Manager, select the Processes tab, and click the button to "Show processes from all users."
2. Click "CPU" in the header row once or twice to sort the entries in the order of decreasing CPU usage.
3. Create the situation where you have 100% CPU usage
4. List the "Image Name" of the top 5 items in the list together with the indicated CPU usage for each.
5. As soon as you have noted the values in Step 4, right-click on the top item and select "End Process."; repeat until CPU usage drops to a more reasonable value.
