    CPU Usage on 100% and CPU showing 1 core instead of 4 cores . Please Fix this Issue Immediately


    After i updated my windows 11 on 5/12/2022 the device has been really slow was having a lot of lag.it is showing a 100% of CPU usage without doing anything all the time . and the CPU is showing only 1 core instead of 4 cores.kindly take this question seriously and please fix the issue with windows tried everything to fix it and i have been struggling with this problem for a month

    Task Manager showing 100% CPU usage

    Task Manager showing 100% CPU usage. A few days after I built my PC, all of a sudden task manager started showing 100% CPU usage no matter what programs are running and it was also showing very high power usage. I ended up temporarily fixing the issue after I did a full fresh install of Windows, 2 months later and now the 100% CPU issue has returned. I checked sensor connections and updated my bios with no luck. I have NO performance issues, I used the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and it showed no high CPU usage. CPU and motherboard specs are below:

    Windows 10 Home 64-bit

    Motherboard: Z690 UD DDR4

    BIOS: F7a

    Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-12900K (24 CPUs), ~3.2GHz

    Has anyone else run into this issue? Does anyone know of possible solutions?
