Windows 10: cpu usage stuck at 100%

My CPU usage on task manager is stuck on 100% even after a windows reset and when no programs are running. I would really appreciate if anyone could give me some solutions

CUP and Disc usage stuck at 100%

My CPU usage and Disk Usage stuck at 100% most of the time. I do not have much apps opened. I have i5 processor and 8 GB RAM. Already tried stopping search and superfetch from command prompt. It's not a permanent solution. Can anyone suggest please?

 

cpu usage at 100%

CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

Any suggestions?

I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

 

CPU Usage stuck at 100%

Hey,

I don't know when it started , but I opened my task manager this morning and was surprised that my CPU usage is at 100% even when I didn't start using my pc.

searched on the internet for a couple solutions , but they didn't work for me.

I rebooted to safe boot, and the CPU was still at full use,

Now I used the reset windows option, where it reinstall windows and remove all the apps I had,

but still nothing changed on the CPU usage.

any idea of why its happening?

and should I be worried about my CPU and shut the pc down until I find a solution?
