Windows 10: CPU utilization going 100% with edge and chrome using at same time.

hello to all. I bought new dell G15 with windows 11 os. i am facing a issue since one week. i have to browser edge and chrome. When i am using browser individually system is working fine. However when i am working with both the browser at the same time, cpu utilization is going 100% without any other application in role except systeminbuild process. Please can you guide me what is the issue and what can be done to resolve it.

One this Post, I didn't mention that Microsoft Edge was totally unresponsive. Honestly, there were sooooo many things wrong - I couldn't mention them all. But I did follow your steps, and the last one 'nailed-it'.
Uninstalling Chrome was the answer. Apparently, Edge and Chrome don't always play well together. The instant I removed Chrome:

• Edge started working properly.
• Apps that were previously 'hanging'; executed properly.
• CPU Utilization returned to normal.
• The world is a better place.

I've still got some clean-up to do; but I'm confident I can take it from here. I really appreciate your ideas & suggestions, Andre. And, I gave you some 'atta-boys' in the follow-up survey.

CPU utilization >100%

I recently upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10, and discovered a weird problem when opening task manager where CPU utilization was always at 100%. I did a clean install of Windows 10 to make sure it wasn't application specific, but still the same problem.

This problem is very strange because utilization doesn't seem to be tied to a specific process- it just always seems to add up to 100%. Resource monitor actually shows CPU Usage to be in the million%, which is definitely wrong. No performance degradation,
CPU temps are very normal, and even third-party programs such as Speedfan and CoreTemp are reporting negligible CPU usage (1%-2% idle).

I have tried disabling all startup applications, doing sfc /scannow, viewing reliability history, and restarting multiple times. No luck
