Windows 10: Crackling audio only on MS Edge browser Windows 11 Home 23H2

For the last few days, I have been getting crackling audio on all videos streamed via the Edge browser. Normally I use Firefox Or Chrome if the video is SD and I want to use NVIDIA RTX Super Resolution, for browser streaming, however, I am subscribed to Disney Plus and Disney abandoned their dedicated Windows app, and turned it into an Edge extension. This means when I watch Disney Plus, I am stuck with this crackling audio. It doesn't happen streaming through other browsers Disney Plus is capped at 720p on all browsers except Edge. Windows 11 Audio Crackling

I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 earlier today and ever since, I've had terrible audio crackling. Everywhere. Youtube, Spotify, games, local files, etc. I've tried everything I could, including all the solutions suggested on this thread (except doing a repair install). Updating, reinstalling, and searching for new drivers has so far amounted to nothing. My headphones aren't broken either, so I'm at a complete loss here.

Windows is totally up to date, too. Is there any way I can fix this?

Windows 11 Audio Crackling

You said you updated your drivers, was this from the PC maker's Support Downloads web page and included Audio/Sound as well as BIOS which someone reported fixed this in the October thread?

Run System File Checker/DISM in WIndows 11:
