Windows 10: Crackling sound from Windows 10 Speakers as well as other headphones.

Hi. so basically from the past few weeks I had been living in a place which had a very high ambient temperature, and I could not manage any air conditioners so I had to use my laptop in a room which used to get heated up because of the high temperature arounf 38 to 42 Degrees Celsius. My laptop would obviously get heated up soon and the fan would get noisy, so to reduce this, I went to Advanced Power Options and reduced my Maximum CPU Performance to 95%, which was 100% before. Afer this, the heating problem got resolved significantly, but now I have been noticing that while I am playing a v

Cannot change sound quality frequency/Crackling speakers

Issues with my lenovo ideapad 330s Laptop:

• Crackling speakers sometimes they are silent or in other cases they stay quiet no matter the volume.
• Crackling in earbuds
• cannot change sound frequency (grayed out)

Note: The speakers were fine when i got it but after I reset windows theyve started crackling. Ive tried fixing my crackling speakers by:

• uninstalling/reinstalling device drivers
• reinstalling windows
• creating new accounts
• disabling every driver one at a time to see if that changes anything
• checking internal cabling to make sure no wires are touching

I still have yet to try changing sound frequency because its grayed out

PS: nothing important is on the computer i dont mind losing anything.
