Windows 10: Crackling/Stuttering playback (Youtube, VLC)

Hi all, I have this ongoing issue, where I play a video on youtube or VLC, and if I'm simultaneously loading some ad-heavy website, the audio/playback stutters and crackles. Once the site loads, or I cancel the load, it gets better. I can fix it by going to device manager, and un-installling all 3 of the audio devices I see there (requires restart each time). Problem is, the crackling/stuttering comes back the next day. What the heck could my problem be?? Thank you!

Stuttering/Crackling and now nothing

yesterday around 4 pm I was watching YouTube and listing to Spotify when Stuttering/Crackling noises, so I didn't care, it did get annoying after a hour and a half, so I went to get supper, I came back the Stuttering/Crackling was louder this time so I looked
up how to fix it and clicked on this video it did not help I did what it said and nothing happed. Then around
7 pm I couldn't hear anything I head an occasional scratch coming from my Razer Kraken Pro V2, and now this morning still nothing

I need help with this I cant play Mine craft or Fortnite, Listing to my music and watch amazing YouTube Videos

 

Lumia 620 : Stuttering/Crackling Speaker

Bought Lumia 620 about 2 weeks ago.But using it now.After a few audio n video playbacks, the speaker started to stutter/crackle. It is so much irritating and after buying Lumia 620 with so much excitement, i am now too much disappointed with this problem.What
should i do now?Should i contact Nokia Care?Would i get the handset exchanged with a new one?

 

Crackle/Popping Sound When Playing Audio + Stuttering Video Games

I just built a PC:

• ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-H GAMING
  
• Intel i7 8700k
  
• EVGA Geforce GTX 1080 FTW 8 GB
  
• Corsair RMx Series, RM750x 750w
  
• Samsung 850 EVO 250 GB SSD
  
• Seagate 2 TB FireCuda Gaming SSHD
  
• Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200 MHz
  
• Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
  

Not currently OC'd, default specs.

Whenever I play audio (YouTube, foobar, VLC player, video games) I can hear a popping/crackling sound whenever I start or stop it. It's like the small crackle sound you hear when you plug in headphones/speakers. This also happens during playback, although not randomly – it's usually a specific part of the audio/video file that causes the popping. I can even find the particular "pop" spot and replay it.

Additionally, whenever I'm playing a video game I get random frame skips at random intervals. This happens in all my video games – WoW, Subnautica, Fallout 4, Dark Souls 3.

Originally I had the ASUS Prime z370-A which I thought to be the issue. But I replaced it with the ROG Strix and I can still hear the popping/crackling and the frame skips still happen.

Does anyone have experience with this issue? This is my first build over $1k and I'm very distressed that I cannot find the problem. Could it be the hard drives? RAM, maybe?
