Windows 10: Crahing after enabling TPM

Hi everyone.I have a custom built PC running a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor on a Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro V2 AM4 ATX Motherboard with windows 11.When i originallly built the computer I had no problems with the TPM. Then about 6 months after the build it started crashing on start up and would only display the American mega trends window.Once i disabled the TPM in the Bios the problem stopped and i have no other issues with the PC.Is therte any information of this happening else where or is there a way of fixing this issue.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thankyou Andrew

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.

I believe there are multiple ways to do it.
Here's where we may need @jimbo45 for some advice.

To keep it simple:
By using virt-manager as the GUI for managing KVM VMs you could compare the steps a bit with Hyper-V's.
There is an option to add hardware to the VM and a TPM 2 can be added.
