Windows 10: Crappy automatic repair loop Posting again cuz am not sure which topic it should be under

The machine is a Dell Optiplex 3020Intel i5 processor 8 gigs o ram I turned on my desktop one day last year and to this day every single time I do It talks about some automatic repair stuffNow I'm not that much of a tech savy person overall so I went on youtube and did every single thing those dudes told me to fix it down to the T, I paused videos so many times to compare it to what I was doing on my desktop screen in command prompt and all that, EVERYTHING MANN!I tried command prompt I tried repair and keep files option, i tried all of the optins available that SHOULD make it repair without e

As an initial step to get back into the normal Windows screen, we suggest that you perform a
Startup repair. The repair will attempt to fix any broken components/files which may prevent your device from booting properly. To do this, follow the steps below:

Here are the steps I generally recommend to fix automatic repair boot loops:

Use Check Disk Utility

Fix Boot and Rebuild BCD via Command Prompt

Restore Windows Registry

Delete the Problematic File

Disable Automatic Startup Repair

Check Device Partition and OsdevicePartition

Perform Refresh or Reset Your PC
