Windows 10: Crash and reboot loop on startup, BSOD stopcode- IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Every time I try to turn on my laptop, In the initial startup screen spinning dots screen, the screen turns black and it crashes and reboots from the beginning. This goes on in a loop for a random amount of time with occasional BSOD stopcode- "IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" i have tried startup repair, BIOS reset, and commands such as sfc scannow, chkdsk, and bootrec, but it hasn't solved the issueI followed a tutorial and checked the MEMORY.DMP file with windbg and got the following results-IMAGE_NAME: ntkrnlmp.exe FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: AV_nt!MiInsertPageInListAnd here is the onedrive link of the m

Okay. So I did this.





Then repeated the same step and assigned letter to other recovery partition too.
Now I have two visible recovery partitions in Windows explorer.






However, when I go to disk management, and right click on either of the recovery partition, I don't get any options to delete.






I should delete the partition on my HDD as my SSD is the system drive where windows is installed. So I try to delete that partition in the admin command prompt, and I get the same error I was getting before.






What do I do now?

No. Nothing happens. No menu shows up. This behaviour is similar to windows disk management, except that in the latter, just the help button shows up.

 

BSOD IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

About after 10 minutes of playing a game, or if I exit the game, my laptop will crash and the error that comes up is IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. What does this mean and is there anyway to fix it?
