Windows 10: Crash on wake from Sleep after 20H2 update WIN10

I've been reverting back after the 20H2 update for a few months. When it installed it lagged the system so much I couldn't move the mouse to click anything. It updated again to 20H2 a few days ago, but this time said files were removed and it couldn't roll back. It is MUCH better than the last time it installed. It takes a very long time to load windows though. Hangs at the Windows logo with the spinning dots for up to 2 minutesused to be <10 seconds, with the dots starting to spin fast for 15 seconds, then start moving very slowly. Once Windows loads it works fine. I went about reinstalli

I would suggest to disable fast startup and hibernate until you resolve the sleep issue:

Constant Crashing & Sleep Wake Issues

First Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.
Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
2. Updated all drivers
3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
4. BIOS latest version
5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel

Second Problem:constantly crashing, blue screen of death.

Thank you for posting your reply. Apologize for the delay in response.

I suggest you to check which devices are configured to wake up the computer from sleep by following the steps below:

• Right click on Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the command line below:

Powercfg /devicequery wake_armed

3. Check if the devices (Keyboard, Mouse, Ethernet cable) are listed.

If the system is not going to sleep and going to Hybernate, the only option to wake up is to press the Power button.
