Windows 10: Crash on wake from sleep - Kernel Power 41 63 281 - dmp file available

Yes, it's the age old critical event 41 63 281.


Computer is a new build and has been running fine for a couple of weeks.


Within the last few days it has started crashing on wake from sleep.


Checking the code 281, it translates to HEX 119 which is VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR, with parameter 1 of 0x2 which is The driver failed upon the submission of a command.

GFX card is a Gigabyte NVIDIA GTX 660.


I have tried various drivers, going back several versions to the Windows Update supplied version to no avail.
