Windows 10: crash out..keyboard mouse printer

can anyone tell me why windows 10 is so full of problems ever since day 1 .few weeks ago after a up date kb something or other . I deleted 1 photograph is sent everything to my recycle bin . photos music documents all the desk top icons.... but the most niggling problem is every now and then I lose my key board for a few weeks have to keep restarting my pc.. that's happening now … then that goes away and my mouse will stop working ..then my printer .. that goes on for a few weeks then all is ok for a few months then it starts again .all drivers up to date no virus etc ... sorry if posted wrong place cant find the option below .

I suggest you to update the drivers for keyboard and mouse by following the steps below.

• Right click on Start icon and select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard (for keyboard) and Mice and other pointing devices (for mouse).
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
