Windows 10: Crash report on BSOD report. Please help.

Hello all. I had a crash last night that I am fairly cirtain was BSOD but I didn't actually see the blue screen at all. The pc locked up and I just saw the pixilated inprint of the last thing on the screen. I understand this could be either drivers, bad ram or a bad gpu but I was wondering if the report tells more about it all that could point me in a right direction. Does Windows save BSOD reports on the affected PC?

Ntoskrnl is related to the Windows operating system and does not display information about misbehaving drivers or malfunctioning hardware.
When possible please follow the earlier steps to troubleshoot the BSOD.

In addition to the excellent suggestions above, BSOD's can (but don't always) save different reports. It depends on a bunch of different things (is it hardware or software, does it occur too ealry in the boot to capture, etc) More detailed info on how BSOD's and crash dump files are generated is here: BSOD Crash Dump Generation
- most important are the dump files, found in either C:\WIndows\MEMORY.DMP (overwritten each time you get a BSOD) and in C:\WIndows\Minidump (filenames are datestampted so they're not overwritten. They require Debugging Tools for Windows (and a bit of experience) to massage them into revealing the errors.
- WER reports (and in MSINFO32's WER section)
- Reliability Monitor
- Event Viewer - System logs
- and other reports

• Is this your first time to encounter this issue? If so, did you make any changes to your account or to your computer prior to this?
• Which email address did you use when you've set up the Family Safety?

To make sure, I suggest that your follow these steps and see if it helps:

• Go to account.microsoft.com/family
  and sign in with your Microsoft account.
• Find your child's name and select Activity.
• If Activity reporting is turned Off, use the switch to turn it
  On.

Note: If you don't want to get weekly activity reports in your email, but still want to see your child's online activity, switch Email me weekly reports from On to Off.
