Windows 10: Crash when playing some random games such as Overwatch 2 - No ram oc,

Frequent crashes playing Overwatch

• Which edition of Overwatch are you using?
• Do you have the physical copy or the digital version of the game?

Overwatch 2 Crashing randomly, OS issue

So I've been experiencing issues with my OW2 crashing at random. Of course, I contacted Blizzard support first. This is exactly what I had sent to them originally as a summary to my issue:

"Hello, I've been experiencing crashes every time I play Overwatch now. I'm not sure when this started exactly, but it's getting annoying. It will happen randomly, during any game mode or any event. I'd like to fix the crashing and I do not want to be penalized for leaving games repeatedly. The crashes happen at random, at random intervals, regardless of the character I'm playing or the action that is occurring. I do not get any lag or warning that I am about to crash either. This has only been occurring with Overwatch and no other game. I've tried Scan & repair, reinstalling, updating drivers, updating windows, disabling overclocking, messing with other GPU settings, disabling overlays, anything I found online I've tried and nothing works."

They sent suggestions-including updating drives, doing memory and drive tests, change overclocking settings, selective startup, reinstalling and repairing, and resetting video driver settings-and after doing all that, it still didn't work.

So once again they told me to try resetting in game settings, which did work, only for 3 days. They then said to try on a new administrator account. Which I did, and that worked. Unfortunately, I didn't want to move everything over to the new account.

But that is why I'm here now, since it worked on the administrator account, they believe it is an OS issue only Microsoft can handle.

I run Windows 10 and my PC specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 3.7 GHz 6-Core
SSDs: SanDisk SSD PLUS 1TB SSD
Kingston A400 240 GB SSD
Video Card: MSI Radeon RX 6600 MECH 2X 8G
RAM: Corsair Vengence LPX 16 GB DDR4-3200 CL16

I do also have MsInfo and DxDiag of both accounts (I just don't know how to attach them here).

If you need anything files/info let me know, but I really want this fixed. Thanks in advance!
