    Crashed need help


    Hi after my computer recently crashed and went into safe mode I cannot get it off ? I tried resetting it back to factory settings but I continually get a message box at the start up screen saying as follows = windows cannot complete installation in safe mode . To continue please restart the computer ! . And when I do back around we go ! I am pulling my hair out . Please please help me .
