Windows 10: Crashes and asking for permission

I have this problem that my computer are crashing inside a game I play. I have been in contact with the game support, and a normal computer support but no one knows why it keeps crashing. It have also started to ask for permission to even start a app or game. It did not do that before. I have tried to format my disks, and to reinstall windows but it does not work. I also do not have anything that interupts the firewall in any way that could be a problem. Sometimes it give me a blue screen too.

Family and Safety. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you check if the account that you are using is already removed to the
Family list. To remove your account to the Family, you may follow the steps below:

• Click on the Family tab.
• On the account that you want to remove, click More > Remove from family.
• Then click Remove to confirm.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
