    Crashes and Need help with antivirus settings


    My computer as been crashing a lot recently and its new. I would occasionally run security scans to be safe but today, It crashed again and I wanted to run a security scan. After restarting my computer, I went to my antivirus settings to run a scan through my files. But when I got there, it keeps coming up with the message "Your virus and threat protection is managed by your organisation" I haven't encountered this problem yet but its only just started saying the message. Should I be worried or am I fine? Also every once in a while my computer would close my apps or internet and would make green lines trail in the middle of my screen. Sort of like coding. If anyone could help me fix this, That would be great. Thanks.

    all games crash!

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
    Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
    If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

    P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
    Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
    What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
