  1. Crashes and reboot messages after factory reset

I am in a bit of weird situation with my windows gaming pc. I bought the pc in 2013/2014, gamed a lot on it untill 4 years ago. Now I wanted to game again and decided to reset my pc to start with a clean slate. Only there my problems start, via the inbuild reset function of windows it showed everytime that something went wrong and nothing was changed. After some research I decided to try it with a USB with the Create Windows 10 Installation media from the offical Microsoft site. When restarted after a few times I succeeded in formatting both partitions and reinstalling windows.Everything seeme

    :)

  2. Factory reset "Error" message

    Hi Jaxyn,

It seems that the issue that you initially encountered also interferes with the factory reset. In order for us to provide the appropriate solution, we'd like to ask for additional information. Please answer the following:

    • Aside from failing at 30%-32%, are you also getting an error message or code?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
    • What build and version of Windows 10 are you using?
We hope to hear from you soon.

  3. SURFACE PRO 3 RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS PROBLEM

The camera caused a system freeze every time it was activated so I thought why not restore.

    • I attempted to reset my Surface Pro 3 to Factory defaults.
    • The Surface Pro made it to 1% then crashed.
    • Now it is in a reboot loop.

I have tried several times and now it gives an "Unable to reset your PC. A required drive partition is missing" error.

Do you have any suggestions on how to make it work again?

  4. Crashes and reboot messages after factory reset

    factory reset

    Hi,

There shouldn't be an issue singing in to your computer after performing a factory reset. What's odd is that the error message "Your account has been disabled" is showing up. However, we suggest that you provide us a screenshot of the signing
in page with the said error message. It's for us to determine what would be the steps that we need to isolate your concern.

We're looking forward to your response.
