This is mostly an informational post but I'll take unsolicited advice.First time this happened, I think KB5026435 was installed and my computer wouldn't boot. Ended up having to restore from backup after an hour of trying various things. Not realizing this was the update, or perhaps it was something within this cumulative, it installed again and this time prevented my sound card from loading and my vpn would not connect. I opened device manager and it froze. I restarted the computer and after 10 min shutting down, power cycled. It booted, and I'm not looking at how I can block whichever update

    :)

Google Chrome Doesnt Launch after Win 11 June 13 2023 Update KB5027231

    Hi Jithendran,

I am , a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand your frustration with the Google Chrome issue after the Windows 11 June 13, 2023 update.

It seems that there is a conflict between Google Chrome and certain third-party security software, such as Malwarebytes. According to Malwarebytes, the problem arises from a conflict between Google Chrome and exploit protection, leading to browser crashes.

Malwarebytes has provided a workaround for this issue. They suggest disabling Google Chrome as a protected application in the Malwarebytes security settings. You can find more information on this workaround in the Malwarebytes forum post I found: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/299100-ju...
